Rolf Müller

1904 - 1988

The child actor Rolf Müller was able to launch his film career in 1915. He is incorrectly listed as the brother of actresses Lotte and Hilde Müller, but is not related to them.

To his first movies belong "Aus dem Leben gestrichen" (15) and "Im Feuer der Schiffskanonen" (15).

He continued his film career at the end of the 10s with the productions "Bubi verlobt sich" (19) and "Im Bahnwärterhäusl" (19).

He was able to continue his film career as a young adult in the silent movie era of the 20s and he impersonated smaller roles in the next years. To these works belong "Der Held des Tages" (21), "Der Sieg des Maharadscha" (23), "Eine verlorene Tochter" (24), "Das edle Blut" (27) and "Geschminkte Jugend" (29).

His last cinematical works came in the sound film era of the 30s into being. To these movies belong the classic "Der blaue Engel" (30) with Marlene Dietrich and Emil Jannings, "...und das ist die Hauptsache?" (31), "Zum goldenen Anker" (32), "Traumulus" (36) and "Der Raub der Sabinerinnen" (36).
