The actress Lien Deyers was spottet by director Fritz Lang who assigned her for his movie "Spione" (28) beside Gerda Maurus. In the next two years followed more movies like "Nummer 17" (28), "Die Heilige und ihr Narr" (28) and "Captain Fracasse" (29).

Also in her early sound movies she had great success. Sie acted together with stars like Gustav Fröhlich, Heinz Rühmann, Hans Albers, Hans Moser and Theo Lingen und bewitched the audience with her appearances in the movies "Die Männer um Lucie" (31), "Der Mann, der seinen Mörder sucht" (31), "Lachende Erben" (33), "Gold" (34) and "Ich liebe alle Frauen" (35).

Lien Deyers was married with the Jewish director and producder Alfred Zeisler. When the National Socialists came into power they went to England first, later to the USA.
She wasn't able to gain a foothold in the film business again and conducted a business for novelties.
Her privat life was marked with some setbacks. After several failed marriages the alcohol became a determinant factor and she came into conflict with the law as a result of riot.

The time of her death is not ascertainable, last she was in the Clark County Jail in Las Vegas in September 1964 but it seems that she died in 1965.
