The actress Heddy Sven was primarily active in theater, including as a member of the Phantastisches Theater am Lietzensee.

She also played numerous roles in films, especially in the early 1920s.
These include the well-known productions “Lederstrumpf” (20), “Zwischen Nacht und Morgen” (20), “Cocain” (21), “Das Geheimnis der sechs Spielkarten” (21), “Aus dem Schwarzbuch eines Polizeikommissars” (21), “Die vom Zirkus” (22), “Die Welt in Flammen” (23) and “Der zweite Schuss” (23).

After a hiatus of more than 20 years, she celebrated her film comeback with her only sound film, “Eine Frau für drei Tage” (44).
