The actress Rosa Pategg was primarily active in theater; she rarely appeared on screen.

Her few films include "Wenn das Leben ruft" (1918), starring Leopold von Ledebur, Hanni Weisse, and Elly Leffler, as well as "Die Affäre der Baronesse Orlowska" (1923), directed by Hans Werckmeister, in which she starred alongside Bernd Aldor, Dary Holm, Willy Kaiser-Heyl, and Sybill Morel.
