The child actor Waldemar Kupczyk took part in two movies in the 30s.

He impersonated the role of Mittenzwei in the classic "Emil und die Detektive" (31) directed by Gerhard Lamprecht with Rolf Wenkhaus, Käthe Haack, Fritz Rasp, Rudolf Biebrach, Olga Engl, Inge Landgut, Hans Joachim Schaufuss, Hans Richter and Hans Löhr.

Only seven years later he appeared as Knilch in the production "Ikaruskinder/Drops wird Flieger" (38) at the side of Fritz Genschow, Franz Arzdorf, Kurt Klopsch, Nien Soen Ling and Ernst Sattler.
