The actor Gustav Heppner was primarily active as a theater actor and only appeared in front of the camera on a few occasions.

He played his first film role in the production “Streichhölzer, kauft Streichhölzer” (16) alongside Hella Moja, Curt Bois, Aenderly Lebius and Emmy Flemmich.

Four years later, he made his final film appearance in “Der Sklave seiner Leidenschaft” (20) with Wilhelm Diegelmann, Ilka Grüning, Ria Jende and Eugen Klöpfer.
