The actor Mario Cusmich began his film career in Italy where he was active till 1924.
To his works of those years belong "La dama misteriosa" (18), "Saffo" (19), "L'ultima aventura" (20), "Le confessioni di un figlio del secolo" (21) and "Messalina" (24).

Afterwards he went to Germany. There came his last cinematical works into being.
He impersonated roles in the productions "Die Stimme des Herzens" (24), "Die freudlose Gasse" (25), "Das Abenteuer der Sibylle Brant" (25) and "Die letzte Galavorstellung des Zirkus Wolfson" (28).
