The actress Cordy Millowitsch could look back to a successful stage career and thanks to former singing lessons she also appeared as an operetta singer at the Metropol Theater at Josef Giampietro's and Guido Thielscher's side, when she entered the film business in the 10s.
To her first silent movies belong "Die Tragödie auf Schloss Rottersheim" (16), it followed the movie "Wenn die Liebe auf den Hund kommt" (17).

Her appearances in front of the camera kept seldom, her main activity was still the theater.
To her other movies belong "Ihr letzter Fall!" (20), "Jeremias" (22), "Peter der Grosse" (22) and the talkies "Die lustigen Weiber von Wien" (31), "Trenck" (32), "Kornblumenblau" (39) and "Frau Luna" (41).

Her nephew Willy Millowitsch became also a very popular actor both in movies and on stage.
