The actor Arthur Hell began his film career in the 30s with "Die blonde Nachtigall" (30), "Spione im Savoy-Hotel" (32), "Rosen aus dem Süden" (34) and "Der Vogelhändler" (35).
It lasted till the end of World War II before he appeared in front of the camera again, this time for television.
There he took part in "Der Prozess" (48), "Winnetou" (57), "Der Schatz im Silbersee" (58) and "Der Ölprinz" (61).
Beside it he acted regular at the Karl-May plays in Bad Segeberg where the Karl-May filming came into being as well.
Arthur Hell was married with the singer Paula Brosig.
