The actor and singer Louis Graveure was especially as a singer very successful and because of his popularity he got some movie parts in German productions.
He had his first appearance in front of the camera in "Es gibt nur eine Liebe" (33) together with the unforgettable Heinz Rühmann in the leading role. In this movie Louis Graveure impersonated the role of the singer Sir Henry Godwin.
In the next years he took part in some movies, among others as singer Antonio Torelli in "Ein Walzer für dich" (34) with Heinz Rühmann and Camilla Horn, "Ich sehne mich nach Dir" (34) in the role of the coach Fritz Brockmann with Camilla Horn and Theo Lingen as well as "Ein Lied klagt an" (36) as singer Harden at Gina Falckenberg's and Fritz Odemar's side.
For the last-mentioned movie he was also responsible as a producer.
