The actress Eva Behmer, who also appeared as Eva-Maria Behmer first acted at theaters in smaller cities like Globau and Bernburg, later also at the Kurfürstendamm theater in Berlin where she appeared at the side of her father, the well-known actor Ernst Behmer.
Eva Behmer only took part in few movies in the 30s.
She played an editor in Alfred Zeisler's "Der Schuss im Tonfilmatelier" (30) with Gerda Maurus, Harry Frank, Ernst Stahl-Nachbaur, Ilse Korseck, Ernst Behmer and Paul Kemp.
Some years later followed movies like "Stadt Anatol" (36), "Karussell" (37), "Der Mustergatte" (37), "Silvesternacht am Alexanderplatz" (38) and "Frau am Steuer" (39).
Eva Behmer belonged to the numerous victim in March 1944 during the bomb raid on Berlin by the allies.
