Alle Bildwerke sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Sämtliche Rechte verbleiben ausschliesslich beim Fotografen beziehungsweise dessen nutzungsberechtigten Vertragspartner in Form schriftlich vereinbarter Nutzungsabtretung.
Veröffentlichung, Reproduktion und kommerzielle Nutzung sind nicht erlaubt.
Der Kunde bestätigt mit dem Kauf eines Fotos, dass er über diese Informationen Bescheid wusste. Sollen Fotoprodukte für Werbezwecke oder kommerzielle Nutzung oder anderweitige Veröffentlichungen verwendet werden, bedarf es vorher einer vertraglichen Regelung in Form schriftlich vereinbarter Nutzungsabtretung. Das Copyright des Fotos ist entsprechend zu vermerken.
Ohne diese vertragliche Regelung erlauben wir dem Kunden lediglich die Nutzung im privaten oder geschäftlich, räumlich begrenzten Bereich.

All pictures are protected by copyright. All rights remain by the photographer or his contract partner in form of written agreed right of use.
Publication, reproduction and commercial use are not allowed.
The customer confirms with the purchase that he/she was informed about this information. When pictures should be used for advertising or commercial use or other publications it needs a contractual regulation in form of a written agreed right of use. The copyright is to note correspondingly.
Without such a contractual regulation we only allow the customer the use in private or cmmercial, space restricted areas.
