Dean
Cundey studied at the UCLA architecture and film, and he had the famous
cameraman James Wong Howe as his teacher. After the final examination he
fought his way through with smaller orders before he made his breakthrough
with „Halloween“ (78). Afterwards it followed successful movies as „Escape
from New York“ (81), „Romancing the Stone“ (84) and „Big Business“
(88).
With the Oscar nomination for „Who Framed Roger Rabbit“ (88) he
became established finally. In his filmography you will find cinema highlights
like „The Fog“ (80), „Back to the Future“ trilogy, „Big Trouble in Little
China“ (86), „Hook“ (91), „Death Becomes Her“ (92), „Jurassic Park“ (93),
